Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on logistics, customs clearance and local conditions.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or offered as free shipping, depending on ongoing promotions.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

For international shipments, customs duties or taxes may apply depending on local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions or other factors beyond our control.

Please ensure your shipping information is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Thermous is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. Please contact the carrier directly in such cases.
